When you try to open ie on winders 10 it will open microsoft BLEHdge.
to stop it from doing that: Win+r, "regedit" in the top, go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ext\CLSID

edit the key:

{1FD49718-1D00-4B19-AF5F-070AF6D5D54C}

and set it to 0. This disabled the IE to Edge HBO DLL. Restart ie.
